Yes. The agreement defines Acquired Customers as users located within the Mexican Republic. For the avoidance of doubt, players must be physically present in Mexico to qualify. Any player accessing the platform from outside Mexico—including through the use of a VPN, proxy service, or other method to conceal or alter their actual location—will not be considered an Acquired Customer.

Yes. AFUNmx Affiliados may withhold payments for up to 180 days while investigating suspected fraudulent practices.

No. AFUNmx Affiliados is not obligated to make payments for players who are unverifiable or suspected of fraudulent behavior.

Yes. AFUNmx Affiliados may reject applicants or close the accounts of acquired customers if they do not comply with AFUN's policies or applicable laws.

Yes. AFUNmx Affiliados reserves the right to reduce commission percentages if the affiliate reduces their efforts to acquire new customers.

Yes, you can refer sub-affiliate and get additional earnings for every customer that your sub-affiliate sends to afun.mx.

Your monthly commission is the percentage of the Net Revenue generated by your referred players. Net Revenue is calculated as total amount less direct costs associated with the same referrals, such as bonuses, loyalty rewards, payment fees and chargebacks.

Engaging in prohibited brand bidding, using fake accounts or self-referrals,spamming, using misleading promotions, or committing any form of fraud.

We offer No negative carry over policy. Your negative balance will be set to 0 on the 1st of each month.
